Trim and District Chamber of Commerce is the voice of the business community of Trim. Our aim is to represent and advance the interests of all our members businesses and to promote and attract further economic development to the area.

The newly reformed Chamber consists of enthusiastic and forward-thinking people from across all sectors of the business community who meet on a regular basis through various committees to accomplish stated goals and projects.

Our core aims and objectives are as follows:

• To lobby local and national Government bodies and agencies to put forward the views and concerns of our members on issues of importance

• To provide networking and social opportunities for our members in order to support and promote our members businesses, as well as organising business conferences and seminars

• To support and to work in conjunction with other community organisations where appropriate to enhance the attractiveness of the town as a tourist and business destination; such as the Tidy Towns Committees, Festival Organisers etc

• To encourage and attract new industry, start-up businesses and inward investment to the area whilst enabling our existing businesses to grow, develop and gain competitive advantage
